8. Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order (UK/EU customers).

Exceptions:

- Commissioned or personalised artwork is non-refundable

- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

- If, on receipt of the art work, you are unhappy with it and wish to return it, you must contact us within 7 days to discuss your return.
